- At all times Members are responsible for the files they upload to the server and

- Members must not upload files which are copyrighted.
- Any file or message can be removed from the server without explanation or
prior notice being given.
- Only one account is permitted per Members. If a Member is found to have more than one
account, all of them will be banned from accessing and posting to the Boards.
- Flaming, spamming and advertising in messages is prohibited.
- Abusive or offensive messages are prohibited.
- Messages asking for or offering passwords or the trading of passwords are prohibited.
- Messages asking for or offering warez or the trading of warez are prohibited.
- Members agree to hold any individual or organisation connected to AdultBoards.com or Pukka Net Ltd
in an official capacity harmless of any action brought against them either jointly or severally and will settle all
claims made against them as a result of the Member's use of the Board.
- The right to ban a Members irrevocably from posting to or accessing the Boards is reserved irrespective of the Member's actions or
the actions of others.
- The right to report a Member to his/her Internet Access/Service Provider for posting, possessing or seeking to possess illegal material is reserved.
- Members agree that by registering as a user of AdultBoards.com that they promise they
will not permit any person(s) under 18 years of age to have access to any of the materials
contained within this site and that they themselves are aged 18 years or over.
- Members understand that by registering to become a user of AdultBoads.com that they will be exposed to visual images and expressions of
